O, mir liebe kvetch, how I do adore thee!
I brought one of my grandma's teach-yourself-yiddish books home with me. Now I have a goal: translating all the phrases on your refrigerator.
I guess that was further off than I thought :) And I wouldn't try too hard with the translation; they're not so much phrases as collections-of-cool-looking-words (although un kind shlep looks suscipiously phrase like, I guess. maybe that one was done by the owner of the set)
