bring back my jumper, internet

Sometime between getting home on Friday, and the next time I left my apartment on Monday, it really turned into winter. I went to pull out a warmer jumper this morning and discovered the one I wanted was missing. I only bought it at the end of last winter and wore it about twice. How could I have managed to lose it without noticing until now? It was nice, too.
It's definitely not in my room, so I'm not sure blogging it will bring it back to me (does that work for anyone other than Profgrrrrl?), but it's worth a try.
