Qualifying Exam Proposal - Specific Aims

1. To make it through without crying
2. To not look like a complete idiot
3. To be able to answer one or two of their questions

Update: wow, I actually achieved all three aims (well, the second is a little subjective, but at least not like as much of an idiot as I was expecting). One of my committee members wanted to make it more of an actual exam and ask me random factual questions which would have made me cry, but another member shot that down. I love that other person!
