halloween costume meme

[My Rule: Try to choose something representative rather than your most stylish/most interesting/most h.o.t. outfit].

I think mine is the perfect one for if you only realise you need a costume with 5 minutes to spare.

The Lucy halloween costume consists of:

• jeans
• t-shirt (maybe you could pick one with a children's book/cartoon character on it, if you want to make it slightly less boring)
• doc martens (or hiking shoes if you only have 4 minutes and need to save shoelacing time)
• hair in a ponytail
• watch (a free-with-Time-magazine-subscription one)
• little, animal-shaped silver earrings (although maybe that's cheating, because I put plain sleepers in my ears months ago and haven't thought about earrings since)
  
• messenger-ish bag with a confusing slogan about my home town on it, for carrying a book and random stuff, or backpack with my laptop in it, if I'm going to lab
