Lucy I'd gladly change places with you as I am the hottest girl ever right now....I'm counting the minutes until the Broncos game is over and I can go to my sleepover and get out of the hot house.
Turning on the heat might be a start, but I don't want to be the one to cave and make everyone start paying for oil (also I don't know how to)... I've been looking at flannel sheets online, though.
Wolfa beat me to the space heater suggestion. I have a tiny little square one that sits beside my desk, and it didn't cost too much and doesn't use up too much energy. It's so useful because the rest of the rooms in my house have electric baseboard heaters, but this room just has vents from the furnace, which is controlled upstairs (where it's always warmer, and so the furnace hardly ever runs).

Ooh. Hope you have lots of sweaters... Can you turn up the heat?

Twirly, I'm jealous!
I like the energy-efficient kitten method :)
