just how addicted am I?

I'm going away this weekend and rather than packing, I'm trying to decide whether or not to bring my laptop. I think there'll be wireless, but maybe I should encourage sociability by not having blogs to hide away and read. On the other hand, past experience suggests that I will be hiding away sometimes, regardless, so maybe it would be nice to have my bloggy friends around when it gets too hard to deal with the real ones. Maybe I should pack first and see whether my laptop will even fit, once I pack enough jumpers to avoid freezing...
