why am I here?

Apparently, I just decided to hang out at lab today. I have my book and knitting and internet, so it's not like I'm doing anything different to what I'd be doing at home, but really I would be better off just doing the thing I need to do and going home. I'm not sure why I'm so unmotivated. Maybe I shouldn't have brought all the pleasant distractions... It could also be the fact that the thing I came for isn't that urgent. If I hadn't left my power cord here last night, I might have just left it until tomorrow. I'm still tempted to just do that...
